All Weekend: Free San Francisco Walking Tours | Golden Gate Park, Castro, Chinatown, Excelsior, City Hall, Fisherman’s Wharf, & More

April 5: The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence Easter in Golden Gate Park | 11AM-4PM, Egg Hunt, Music, Bonnet Contest, Burlesque
The 36th anniversary celebration kicks off with Children’s Easter from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon, followed by the main event from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm. There will be an Easter Egg Hunt and other fun activities for the kids. In the afternoon, we will have our Easter Bonnet, Foxy Mary, and Hunky Jesus Contests. More info.

April 5: Hornblower Easter Champagne Brunch Cruise | 11AM, Pier 3
Hop onboard this Champagne Brunch Cruise for a relaxing two-hour holiday meal on the San Francisco Bay. April 5: Food Truck Easter Brunch Bash @ SoMa StrEat Food Park | Free, Egg Hunt, Bottomless Mimosas, 10AM
Several vendors will be serving egg-cellent brunch specials. There will be fun events including an Easter egg hunt for kids, Easter egg painting, and The Easter Bunny himself on site for photo ops for kids and adults. More info.

April 5: Union Street’s 24th Annual Easter Parade & Spring Celebration | 10AM-5PM, Parade at 2PM
For the past 20 years the event has been known as the Biggest Little Parade in San Francisco. A variety of children’s and family activities are the focus of the event and include; large inflatable bounces, kids’ rides and games, a climbing wall, a hands-on children’s activities area, costumed characters, a petting zoo, a pony ride and entertainment from some of the Bay Area’s best musicians. April 5: Sunrise Service at Mount Davidson | City’s Highest Peak
San Francisco’s grandest Easter morning tradition gets under way at 6:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 5, 2015 at the annual Sunrise Service at Mount Davidson Cross. This year’s citywide celebration atop the City’s highest peak marks the 93rd anniversary of the event. More info.

This family-friendly event features egg hunts, carnival rides, games, live entertainment, kids activities and a heated barbecue competition between Rec and Park, SF Police and SF Fire. More info.

April 4: Easter Festival @ Ghirardelli Square | Free, 11AM-3PM

March 28: 6th Annual Wag Hotels’ Easter Egg Hunt for Dogs @ Golden Gate Park | $15, 12-2PM
Bring your furry friend and join us for our 6th Annual Easter Egg Hunt for Dogs to benefit Muttville Senior Dog Rescue! Enjoy finger foods and local vendors while your dog sniffs out eggs filled with tasty treats and valuable prizes. Don’t forget your camera for photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny!  Easter Attire is encouraged and pets and kids’ entry is free. March 21: Spring Equinox Celebration in Magic Meadow, Golden Gate Park | Free, 1PM
Join us as the Wheel of the Year turns toward the sunshine. Rain or shine, it will be a beautiful day in Golden Gate Park. This ritual especially involves young people, and includes an egg-hunt for kids afterwards. Please bring food or non-alcohol drinks to share at post-ritual feast. Flowers and musical instruments are also welcome. More info.
