It’s going to be another beautiful Easter weekend and there are many great San Francisco events including the Off the Grid’s Twilight at the Presidio party today, First Thursday and Friday Art Walks, Cambodian New Year Celebration on Saturday, Bring Your Own Big Wheel Racing Events on Sunday, and much more! Below is a list of several fun events, and most of them are FREE!

All Weekend: 5th Annual Spring Book Sale @ Fort Mason Center’s Festival Pavilion | 10AM-6PM
The Spring Book Sale will feature over 250,000 books, DVDs, CDs, books on tape, vinyl and other forms of media in over 70 categories. All proceeds benefit the San Francisco Public Library’s education programs that promote literacy for children, teens and adults. More info.

All Weekend: Redwoo`d City – ‘Pirates’ Movie Tall Ship @ Port of Redwood City | Tours, Public Excursions, Cannon Battles With Real Gunpowder
The tall ship that appeared as HMS Interceptor in the Johnny Depp movie Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl is here for a visit, along with her companion ship, Hawaiian Chieftain. More info.

April 2: Off The Grid: Twilight At The Presidio | 5-9PM, Live Music, Food & Drink

April 2: New Filmmakers Open Screening @ Artists’ Television Access, Mission | Free, 8PM, First Thursdays
ATA’s openscreening is the only monthly open submissions screening in the Bay Area. One hour of shorts are accepted monthly on an open revolving basis, anything goes with the screened work, and the refreshments are pretty good too. More info.
